Construction & Renovation Debris Removal in the UAE

Rubble, tiles, drywall, timber and metal cleared from live renovation sites — scheduled around your trades, disposed of through licensed routes.

Every renovation produces more waste than the schedule allows for. A single bathroom strip-out fills more bags than most people expect, and the debris cannot sit in a corridor or car park while the job continues — it is a trip hazard, it annoys the neighbours, and in most UAE buildings it breaches the fit-out rules the contractor signed up to.

Alpha Junk Removing clears construction and renovation debris from villas, apartments, retail units and offices. We work around live sites, collecting on a schedule that fits your trades rather than expecting the job to stop. For longer projects we set up recurring pickups so the site stays clear from first strip-out to final snag.

Construction waste is regulated in the UAE. It must be moved by licensed transport to an authorised facility, hazardous materials must be separated, and for commercial projects documentation may be requested during inspection. We handle the transport and disposal side properly and can supply a record of what left your site.

    What we cannot take

Asbestos-containing material is the important exclusion. If your property was built before the mid-2000s and you encounter suspect ceiling board, pipe lagging or corrugated roof sheeting, stop and call a licensed asbestos contractor — it must be surveyed, removed and disposed of under a separate regime. We also cannot take paints, solvents, adhesives, fuels or chemical containers with residue in them, and we cannot take medical waste. We will tell you where each of these should go.

    Scheduling around a live site

For projects running more than a week or two, a fixed recurring collection is more efficient and cheaper per load than calling for an emergency pickup when the debris pile becomes unmanageable. It also keeps the site walkable, which matters for both worker safety and the impression the site makes when the client visits.

    Separating materials pays for itself

Clean metal, clean timber and clean rubble each have their own recycling route, and separating them at source is the single biggest thing you can do to lower a project's disposal cost and its environmental footprint. If your crew can keep metal and timber in distinct piles as they strip out, tell us — it is reflected in the quote.

Construction Debris Removal — frequently asked questions

No. Construction and demolition waste must be moved by licensed waste transport to an authorised facility. Putting it in municipal bins or leaving it in common areas can result in fines for you or your contractor and, in many buildings, breaches the fit-out agreement.

A single-room renovation such as a bathroom or kitchen is typically AED 500–1,000. Multi-room refurbishments run AED 1,500–3,000, and full villa or commercial fit-outs AED 3,000–5,000 and up, usually spread across recurring collections.

No. Asbestos requires a licensed specialist contractor working under a separate regulatory regime. If you suspect asbestos, stop work in that area and arrange a survey — we can point you toward the right kind of contractor.

Yes, and that is how most of our construction work is booked. We schedule collections around your trades, often at fixed intervals, so debris never accumulates to the point where it blocks the work.

Yes. Ask at the time of booking and we will supply a record of the material collected and the disposal route used, which is what an inspection or a main contractor's compliance file will ask for.
