A full cleanout is a different job from a single pickup. Whether you are leaving the country, handing a property back to a landlord, preparing a unit for sale, or dealing with a relative's belongings, the requirement is the same: the property has to be empty, clean and ready for inspection on a fixed date.

Sorting before we clear
On a full cleanout, the single most useful thing you can do is mark what stays. Coloured tape or a sticky note on anything not going saves confusion on the day, particularly if you are not present for the whole clearance. If items are to be donated or sold separately, group them in one room and tell the crew lead. Once a truck is loaded, retrieving something is genuinely difficult.
Estate and bereavement clearances
Clearing a home after a death is not an ordinary removal job and we do not treat it as one. Work at your pace, take the time you need to go through things first, and tell us plainly what must be set aside — documents, photographs, jewellery, anything of sentimental value. If you would rather not be in the property while it happens, we can work with an agent or a family representative instead.
Handover deadlines and deposits
Leftover belongings are one of the most common reasons a landlord withholds part of a security deposit in the UAE. If you have a fixed handover date, book the clearance at least a day before the inspection rather than on the morning of it. That leaves room to deal with anything that turns up behind a wardrobe or at the back of a storeroom.
