Terms of Service

These terms apply to junk removal, clearance and disposal services provided by Alpha Junk Removing LLC in the United Arab Emirates, and to your use of alphajunkremoving.com. Booking a job means you accept them.

1. Quotations

Quotes are based on the information, photographs or video you provide, or on a site visit. A quote is valid for fourteen days. If the actual load differs materially from what was described — significantly more volume, different material, or access that was not disclosed — we will give you a revised price before loading anything, and you may accept it or cancel at no charge.

2. Booking and scheduling

Time slots are windows rather than fixed appointment times, because traffic, building access and the job before yours all affect arrival. We will tell you if we are running late. Same-day availability is subject to crew capacity on the day and is not guaranteed until confirmed.

3. Access and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring we can reach the items: someone to give access, a booked service lift where the building requires one, and any move permit, NOC or community gate pass your building or community management asks for. Where a job cannot proceed because access was not arranged, a call-out charge may apply.

4. What we cannot take

For legal and safety reasons we do not collect:

• Asbestos or material suspected of containing asbestos
• Paints, solvents, adhesives, fuels, oils and chemical containers with residue
• Medical, clinical and pharmaceutical waste
• Explosives, ammunition, gas cylinders and pressurised containers
• Damaged, swollen or leaking lithium batteries not declared in advance
• Radioactive material and unidentified hazardous substances

If we find any of the above on site, we will leave it and tell you which type of licensed contractor handles it.

5. Ownership and authority

By booking, you confirm that you own the items or are authorised to dispose of them. Once an item is loaded it is treated as abandoned and is processed for reuse, recycling or disposal. Please check thoroughly before we load: retrieving something from a load already taken to a disposal facility is generally not possible, and we cannot accept responsibility for valuables or documents left inside furniture.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion, by cash, bank transfer or card, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing for a commercial account. The agreed price includes labour, transport and disposal.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice — as a rule, by the evening before the booked slot. Cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may attract a call-out charge covering the wasted journey.

8. Damage and liability

Our crews use padding, trolleys and floor protection and take reasonable care. If we damage your property while working, tell us at the time and before we leave site so it can be inspected, documented and resolved. We are not liable for damage arising from structural weakness, pre-existing defects, or items that cannot be moved without damage where you have asked us to proceed anyway. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where UAE law provides otherwise.

9. Disposal and recycling

Collected material is sorted for reuse, donation and recycling wherever practical, with the remainder taken to authorised disposal facilities. Where you need a record of disposal for a compliance file, request it at the time of booking.

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges for typical jobs, not offers. Text, images and layout on alphajunkremoving.com are the property of Alpha Junk Removing LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the relevant emirate have jurisdiction over any dispute.
